The school was closed for regular classes yesterday in honor of Veteran's Day; however, it was still a busy day on campus!
Paone Mechanical took advantage of the closure to replace two of Harborlight’s roof-top HVAC units. This work was a planned replacement for the school’s oldest heating and cooling units, which were originally installed in 2001.
The school will also be updating all thermostats this fall, in both buildings, to a programmable connected system. This new energy management system is expected to reduce Harborlight’s annual energy consumption through more effective management of its heating and cooling systems.
